Remote services

Aflið’s remote services are available to everyone, regardless of location. This service is for those who cannot visit Aflið’s offices and those who prefer counseling via phone or video conferencing.

Afl emphasizes providing trust and support to victims in a secure environment. With remote consultations, access to counselors is ensured without the need to be physically present.

All remote sessions are conducted using secure communication channels to ensure safety. Sessions can be requested via phone or Teams, and a combination of remote and in-person sessions is also possible if preferred.
