Aflið’s remote services are available to everyone, regardless of location. This service is for those who cannot visit Aflið’s offices and those who prefer counselling via phone or video conferencing.
Aflið emphasizes providing trust and support to survivors in a secure environment. With remot consultations, access to counselors is ensured without the need to be physically present.
All remote sessions are conducted using secure communication channels to ensure safety. Sessions can be requested via phone or Teams, and a combination of remote and in-person sessions is also possible is preferred.
It is also possible to mix remote interviews with interviews at one of Aflið’s establishments if an individual chooses so.
